A facilitator is someone who is skilled at helping everyone in a group to express their leadership qualities. They help things go smoothly without imposing their own ideas upon everyone else.
Your key responsibility as a facilitator is to create this group process and an environment in which it can flourish, and so help the group reach a successful decision, solution or conclusion. To facilitate effectively, you must be objective. This doesn’t mean you have to come from outside the organization or team, though. It simply means that, for the purposes of this group process, you will take a neutral stance. You step back from the detailed content and from your own personal views, and focus purely on the group process.

Certification upon successful completion
  • Statement of Results on successful submission of Portfolio of Evidence & verification with ETDP SETA.

Facilitator

Grace Msimanga

Grace is a qualified ODETDP Practitioner, with over 18 years facilitating experience.  She specialises in the following training fields:  Education Training and Development, Project Management, Business Administration Services and Computer Literacy.

Grace is also a registered Assessor and Moderator with the ETDP SETA, for the full ODETDP Qualification, SAQA ID US50334.

This course is being facilitated in partnership with Academy Training Group, which has over 24 years of experience in the Education and Training industry! Academy Training Group is registered with the Department of Higher Education (DHET) with registration nr 2010/FE07/045.
