The Steel and Engineering Industries Federation of Southern Africa is a business in the Metals and Engineering industry that engages with various stakeholders in Government, business and labour among others to represent the interests of its affiliated membership and the industry as a whole providing advocacy and lobbying services in addition to training and consulting to member and non- member companies

2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within seven days and delivery confirmed by way of an invoice emailed to the client and a confirmation email sent to the client.

Card transactions will be acquired for The Steel and Engineering Industries Federation of Southern Africa via Pay Gate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. 7. Customer details separate from card details

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

The Steel and Engineering Industries Federation of Southern Africa takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
