About the training
The workplace skills plan (WSP) and annual training report (ATR) form part of skills development, which a priority pillar on the broad-based black economic empowerment scorecard. Companies can therefore retain their empowerment levels by submitting their WSP and ATR on time. Submission of these crucial reports also ensures that companies can also access mandatory and discretionary grants from their SETAs.
Through this training, participants will learn how to compile and submit their WSPs and ATRs correctly the first time.
