About this Training

A capacitated supervisor with the appropriate tools and operational coaching can successfully navigate the complexities of the changed work environment and its regulatory requirements.

This training will help participants cultivate responsible leadership of high-performance teams, giving them a toolkit of ideas to increase your supervisory skills back in the workplace.

This programme is aligned to SAQA unit standard ID 242821 – Identify responsibilities of a team Leader in ensuring organisational standards are met.
