Strategies for Mental Health, Resilience, and Emotional Intelligence

About this training

Resilience is about how well you deal with and bounce back from difficulties. Resilient people tend to maintain a more positive outlook and cope with stress more effectively. They are able to use their skills and strengths to cope and recover from problems and challenges. Researchers have identified some key characteristics of resilience and many of these skills can be developed and strengthened, which can improve your ability to deal with life’s setbacks. This training aims to help participants develop these skills.
