Description
To remain competitive as well as retain and attract talent, HR leaders must embrace radical flexibility to challenge legacy assumptions about workers, work design and the purpose of the workplace. This course presents HR leaders with global best practices for blended and diverse teams in the new world.
Objectives
The rise of remote work inevitably leads to a more distributed workforce. This concerns many HR Managers, whose careers have been shaped by time spent with their workforce building relationships in a central location. In addition, most HR generalists are now required to be analytical and data-driven. The competencies of an HR manager must include the ability to utilise key HR metrics for developing an effective easily implementable people strategy.
