This training session is for teams to understand themselves and each other better with the aim to create an environment that drives the unit to achieve their goals, feel more fulfilled and improve their overall quality of life.

After a successful career helping Business Strategy and Architecture with human-centred design for customers, vendors, employees and internal stakeholders, Melissa now advises companies on how to create and implement people strategies, customer journeys and communication plans that focus on happy human experiences. She gets to exude her inner fairy for a living! and enjoys painting, yoga and other mind-body-spirit practices.
