Outcomes
After completing the Leading Change training programme, you will be able to:
- Understand the effects of change on your team members
- Focus on team members’ key concerns in the change process
- Implement strategies to assist team members through change
- Understand the change readiness levels for your team
- Utilize the tools and techniques (which will be provided in the workshop) to conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, planning of interventions (including training), facilitating implementation and providing support during the transition to the “new normal”

Module 3
Planning and implementation of the change programme:
- Agility;
- Governance;
- Analysis (environmental and stakeholder analysis, organizational and personal readiness)
- Stakeholder mobilization interventions, advocacy, communication strategy and programmes;
- Strategic, business and operational alignment;
- Training and transition support.
- Personal transformation, a positive psychology perspective:
- Personal strengths to learn and grow;
- The basis for wellbeing and resilience;
- Designing your positive interventions for wellbeing, resilience and growth;
- Personal presentations and closure
During the training you will receive the following:
- Full set of slides used during presentations,
- Tools and templates discussed during the workshop;
- Guidelines and how-to information sheets

Melissa is a People Strategist who helps leaders create happy human experiences across a business value cycle. Melissa worked for over 15 years in the corporate world as a Change & Communications Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Program Manager & Learnership Coordinator. After a successful career helping Business Strategy and Architecture with human-centred design for customers, vendors, employees and internal stakeholders, Melissa now advises companies on how to create and implement people strategies, customer journeys and communication plans that focus on happy human experiences. She gets to exude her inner fairy for a living! and enjoys painting, yoga and other mind-body-spirit practices.
