  • Utilize the tools and techniques (which will be provided in the workshop) to conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, planning of interventions (including training), facilitating implementation and providing support during the transition to the “new normal”

Module 3 

Planning and implementation of the change programme:

  • Agility;
  • Governance;
  • Analysis (environmental and stakeholder analysis, organizational and personal readiness)
  • Stakeholder mobilization interventions, advocacy, communication strategy and programmes;
  • Strategic, business and operational alignment;
  • Training and transition support.
  • Personal transformation, a positive psychology perspective:
  • Personal strengths to learn and grow;
  • The basis for wellbeing and resilience;
  • Designing your positive interventions for wellbeing, resilience and growth;
  • Personal presentations and closure

During the training you will receive the following:

  • Full set of slides used during presentations,
  • Tools and templates discussed during the workshop;
  • Guidelines and how-to information sheets
