Getting everyone organized around a common sense of identity and purpose is fundamental to teamwork. Once everyone on your team has a solid shared sense of who you are, it’s time to take a look at how you can move forward as a group: the roles and responsibilities of the people involved, the various types of fuel that drive the organization, and how you express yourselves uniquely as an organization in the world.
