About this training
This programme will help you design or improve your performance management to ensure it is producing the quantitative and qualitative business results required for your organisation.
Participants will be guided on how to manage employees’ performance through the process of performance management. They will learn how to identify poor and good performance, as well as demonstrate how performance goals and development plans are collaboratively compiled, agreed upon and monitored.
This programme also looks at how to co-ordinate and monitor training and development initiatives for employees and explores how to handle employee personal or work-related problems.
