There are many debates and even books written about culture vs strategy. I firmly believe you cannot emphasise one over the other. Both are crucial for the sustainability of the company. In this webinar, I explore how each contributes the company.

  2. Clear and ongoing communication is key to the success of changing a culture as well as any strategy.
