Sumaya Hoosen is Human Capital and Skills Development Executive at SEIFSA. She holds a Diploma in Training Management from Damelin College, an occupationally directed ETDP Certificate from DIONYSIS and a BCom degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa.
She has previously worked as HR Generalist and Skills Development Facilitator at AMKA Products, Skills Development Facilitator at Consol Glass, Organisational Performance Manager at Sephaku Cement, Head of Human Resources and Administration at Gear Rail SA, and Head of Organisational Development, Learning and Development at Denel Aeronautics.

Miss Kelisha Moodley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand and is currently working on her Honours at the University of Johannesburg. A skills expert with an Occupationally directed Education Training and Development Diploma. Kelisha is an internationally accredited change management practitioner. She is registered with SABPP as an HR Professional. She has been employed in Industry for over five years and has been involved in training around South Africa and Swaziland. Kelisha has dealt with 1000’s of learners, seeing many through completion.
