JOHANNESBURG, 1 DECEMBER 2014 – The Steel and Engineering Industries Federation of Southern Africa (SEIFSA) welcomes the Labour Court decision to dismiss NEASA’s urgent application seeking to prevent the Metal and Engineering Industries Bargaining Council (MEIBC) from submitting the 2014/ 2017 metal industries Collective Main Agreement to the Minister of Labour for Gazettal and extension to parties and non-parties in the industry.
