About the workshop

The workshop outlines management’s obligations in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 85 of 1994. At the end of the workshop, delegates will have a sound knowledge and understanding of what is expected from employers when managing safety at the workplace and also ensuring legal compliance with the OHS Act and all relevant legislation.
