The interest in price indices and the importance of these indices has grown rapidly over the past couple of decades.
This workshop provides the knowledge and covers all the practical key elements of the current Seta reporting requirements in order to claim the Mandatory Grant including submission of the Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report.
Amendments to the Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995 came into effect on 1 January 2015 and companies were offered a three (3) months grace period of complying with the legislation. Further amendments to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act 75 of 1997 came into effect in or around September 2014.
This course is designed to assist organisations to avoid penalties as a result of non-compliance. The workshop covers all SHEQ related legislation, with a focus on legal requirements and consequences for non-compliance. Case studies and industry specific scenarios are used to illustrate the extent to which various role players are liable.
Receive an overview of what to expect in the 2017 negotiations and the collective bargaining processes and challenges. Consideration will be given to the health and state of the metal and engineering sector and the Metal and Engineering Industries Bargaining Council.
