Welcome to the SEIFSA Main Agreement for the Metal Industry 2016 - 2017

The Main Agreement is gazetted in terms of section 32 of the Labour Relations Act 1995 and is legally binding on all employers and employees in the industry.
This site follows the general sequence of the Main Agreement published annually in the Government Gazette. It is intended to be a ready reference especially for line managers, Human Resource Practitioners and supervisors in the normal course of a working day.
