The purpose of the initiative is to connect employers with potential employees by means of technology.

Business can upload vacancies, which can be viewed by unemployed persons and in addition search the central database for suitable staff. All vacancies posted by potential employers are accessible to be viewed by unemployed persons.

Job seekers can also approach the portal from any PC connected to the internet and capture their details which includes skills, competencies and previous work history on a self- help basis and upload the details to a central recruitment portal.

The job creation initiative is aimed at connecting potential employers with the unemployed and is a NO COST SERVICE.
